fat free milk?

Hey Roger, is fat free milk acceptable? I am trying a banana smoothie, but it has evaporated fat free milk and skim milk. Which I have revised it a bit. Also, maybe Mary could come up with a recipe for a popcorn ball maybe using honey. Just a thought. God Bless, Crissella
