Discouraged

I have been on LDL for almost 2 weeks and have only lost about a pound to one and half pounds so far. This is very discouraging to me. I will say that before LDL I was trying Weight Watchers, and my eating was very limited. I stayed hungry a lot of the time as I wasn't getting enough to eat. I also wasn't losing weight as I would get so hungry from not eating that I would give in and eat too much of the wrong things. Now on the LDL program I feel sure I am eating too much of the allowed foods. I am amazed that I am not gaining weight from all this food that I'm not use to. I am definitely eating more food on LDL than I was before I found this program. I read somewhere on this board where you, Roger, advised someone that if they were eating more food now than they were before they started LDL that it would take longer for the weight to start dropping.
Can you give me any insight as to what I need to do and how long do you think it will take for the weight to start coming off if I continue to eat the way I have for the last two weeks?
Thanks for your help. This board is a blessing to me. You, Roger, are a blessing to me as well as to others. I am not losing, but I am not going to give up on this program as I am eating well and not going hungry like before LDL.
