Artificial Sweetners and sugar

Hi everyone,
i was surfing the web today about all sorts of artificial sweeteners and came across what i thought was a very informative article, which talks about artificial sweeteners and sugar and their effects on our bodies. I was surprised to find out that fruit juice concentrate is actually an added sugar! I have been buying fruit juices made with fruit juice concentrate not realizing this!
