Hi Roger and everyone,

I got diverted by christmas and all that cooking. Yes, I know with planning etc i could have survived but somehow my incentive slipped.

Anway, I'm back now, will be checking in frequently, and am intending to 'do a Mary' -- that is lose 3 dress sizes in the nest 5 months, God willing.
