I notice that in the 14 day menu that there are some days where the lunch is at dinner time. Also, in particular I notice that some days it says "no fruit for lunch". Why no fruit for lunch?
Also, why only one banana in the morning for most days? Do banans break the mold and are fattening? It does seem like they are higher in calories than say an apple. If you look at the plantain family, which isn't eaten all that much in the U.S., it's almost like a starch. A banana might be a bit different than a starch, though.
Just curious about these two things.

Re: Question on the 14 day menu
And, the best thing on bananas is that it really adds a creaminess to a fruit smoothie that is unmatched with other fruits I have tried.
Gotcha on the no fruit at lunch. You know, though, at lunch I have been getting a salad from the salad bar. Usually, I had added chicken to it. But since staying core LDL, I saved the protein on many days for dinner. So, I added a ton of fruit from the bar on top of my salad. It hit the spot...then I still had fruit for the evening.
