Shape ups
Got my shape ups today and I just LOVE them. They feel so good on. Didn't think I would like them, but after getting them they are great. I ordered mine from ZAPPOS .COM I just love that site. You can find any kind of shoe there. Free shipping both ways too. No problem with returns either. Does anyone else on here shop with Zappos? If not give them a try you won't be sorry.

I heard that they are good for people that have trouble with their knees, is that so- do you think?

On my box it says,improves posture,strengthens the back,improves blood circulation,tightens abdomial muscles,firms buttocks muscles,reduces cellulite and tones thighs,firms calf muscles,promote weight loss. So if it does all that I should be in GREAT shape. A lot to live up too. We'll see I just got mine. I will keep you posted. Wither
