Hope you had a wonderful birthday, Leilani!

I did have a wonderful day, but I am afraid I have been letting "stinkin thinkin" take over. Now that the glutton days are over, I want to feel good again, so I will start by eating only LDL and only have a snack if I am truly hungry. I haven't been hungry in over a weeks, but I have been overly full! I need to plan my meals too. I will make some soup too. I think we had snow last night so I am wearing my long undies today. Life is good.
