1 garlic clove pressed
1 stalk of green onion chopped
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Mix juices, oil, all of the spices and salt in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade. Place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 mins or longer for extra flavor. When marinated, pour out excess marinade. Heat skillet on medium high heat then add reserved marinade. When hot add shrimp and cook until pink.
