VEGETARIAN CHILI
1 15oz can pinto beans
1 15oz can black beans
1 15oz can light red kidney beans
1 15oz can dark red kidney beans
2 28 oz cans crushed tomato's
1 28 oz can diced tomato's
2 cups diced celery
1 diced red pepper
1 diced green pepper
1 diced onion
Ground cumin,garlic powder and chili power to taste
Saute veggies for 6-7 minutes
Combine beans, tomato's and spices, and mix well
Simmer 3-4 hours in a Dutch oven
or 6-7 hours in slow cooker.
