Bruce,
It seems we get busy and forget what put this smile on our faces. I am at a plateau too! But, I feel so good it doesnt matter. I know now I have control over how I feel and look, and know we will all get to where we want to be...with a little help from our friends. It seems that a plateau happens every so often...but it's a test, so hang in there. I find that I can't eat fruit in the evening as much as in the morning, but a good salad or sauted veggies with seasoned olive oil will really fill you up. Also, spaghetti squash is great...with a little pesto, with olive oil -- great stuff. I'll try to keep in touch more.
