Thank you all for your kind words.

My results so far are 60 lbs in 76 days. That equates to .78947368 lbs lost per day. As I have lots of clothes in different sizes, it looks like I have a new wardrobe. Every weekend I look for clothing that I outgrew, and check to see if they fit. That is a great motivator for me.

On Labor day weekend, I had not followed the plan as I went down to Key West. Had a great time. But I wasn't happy with the results for that weekend. I found it difficult to impose my eating habits on the group. I tried turkey sausage and it just went downhill from there. They were cooking pasta, churrascos, and philly cheese steak sandwiches. I don't know that I was really tempted. But I can't explain what made me eat this way. I can tell you that it has made my resolve even stronger.

Exercise is still an issue. I have gone to the gym sporadically. I guess it is better than not going at all. I have started walking in the daytime to pick up my lunch from Chicken Kitchen a couple of times a week. I normally eat a Lo Carb Cuban Chop Chop. I get my beans, chicken, and salad. It's very good. I have also discovered Chipotle restaurant. They make a similar platter. Also very good.

Update on my wife...She has met her goal and lost a total of 20 lbs. She too is very happy that she has expanded her wardrobe.

Until next time...I hope that everyone achieves their individual goals. Whatever they may be.

The way to go, Just excellent.  I'm enjoying my new clothes from the back of my closets.  I've given all my too big clothes away.  I've always kept them when I lost, however, this time, I'm getting rid of everything as I go down.  LDL is such and enjoyable, satisfying way for me to eat.  Congrats to your wife as well.  My hubby has also benefited from my new way of eating.  He has never had a problem with food, but his health benefits from the broiling and roasting of veggies and meat.  Enjoy while losing, Forever Friend

Eddie, that is so great.  Glad to hear the good news.  Also, the Labor Day weekend was not so bad.  You learned things about yourself and also about how easy it is to get back to eating right.

Eddie's wife -- congratulations on reaching your goal!
