Maintenance??

I am new and should receive my book in a day or two. Although I am a bit premature and haven't lost a pound yet, I was curious about maintenance. There is no indication on the boards of anyone on maintenance. I understand that it is a new way of eating forever, not just a temporary "diet" to follow and go off of; what happens when you lose all the weight you want or need and you continue to eat this way?...Anyone??? Thanks
