Let's Do Lunch Community

I am really amazed and I find myself reaching for the right words. I have been on LDL for 1 month today. The scale shows that I have lost 15.5 lbs. And it was so SIMPLE!

Learning LDL is Simple - Day or night I can come to this community and there ALWAYS seems to be someone out there to answer my questions ---no matter how many times the same question was asked and answered before. 
Shopping is SIMPLE - I follow Rogers shopping list and buy only LDL approved foods. (Lugging them home ---maybe not so much  )
Cooking is SIMPLE - I go to the book or the boards for inspiration.
Eating is SIMPLE - I follow the path that was painstakingly set out and tweaked and adjusted for the benefit of those who follow it.
Getting dressed is SIMPLE - I put on one shirt and one pair of pants and KNOW they will fit!
Becoming strong is SIMPLE - I not only have the energy to exercise But I WANT to exercise. My Body is so --- I don't know --- I guess the best word to describe it is HAPPY!  After all the years of depriving it of nourishment, I am now feeding it with the healthy and GOD given foods it deserves.
Sticking with it is SIMPLE - I can come to the boards for encouragement, laughter, inspiration and sometimes just plain and SIMPLE love. 

LDL has not only taken away my cravings, it has obliterated them and given me my life back! I am in AWE!
I thank GOD every day for leading me to LDL and for the blessing that all of you are to me.  I have said it before; YOU are all angels!

CONGRATULATION JULIE, 15.5 pounds gone for good.  Like the old song says Gone, Gone, Gone, Gone, all my (pounds) are Gone.  had to change one word to make it work.  Great work Kiddo, you are doing so well.

Way to go Julie!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't have said it better. To add my 2 cents worth, LDL IS THE BEST.
