I FINALLY HAVE THE CODES ON A PIECE OF PAPER. YES, I AM SOOOOOOOO NOT INTO COMPUTERS. SORRY, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME TO PUT THE TICKER ON HERE........

Trish,
you're going to click the profile button near the top of the screen. Then on the left hand side there will be a bar that says modify profile. Click on The forum profile information and post the code into the signature bar at the bottom of the screen. Then click change profile on he bottom right corner and it should work.

Trish, Also, you can go to the home page and theres a post from "MarySimmons" that gives the instructions step by step. Many of us have had the same question/problem so Mary posted it on the Faqs page. Welcome to LDL, I'm glad you're on this journey to skinnytown and healthy living with the rest of us. YES, I AM A NEWBIE.............. THANKS SOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP BOTH OF YOUR ANSWERS WILL HELP. EVERYONE ON HERE IS SO NICE. I KNOW THIS FOOD PLAN IS FOR ME. ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM A NIGHT PICKER.........DUE TO BORDUM.......I CAN EAT AND STAY ON PROGRAM.......THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP. TRISH
