I've been on LDL for 2 months.  I stepped on the scales today and to my utter delight I am down a total of 20 pounds ;D.  I am so thrilled and so thankful to Roger and LDL and to all of you who are so supportive and generous.  This is my WOE for the rest of my life.  It really is easy to follow and delicious and so healthy to eat whole, real foods to satisfaction!!!!!  Pam

Deb,

Congratulations!  20 lbs gone forevah!  You know what I love about LDL?  It is so predicable. The weight just keeps coming off. No matter the pace. You can feel confident that when you follow the plan the weight will keep coming off. What a gift.

Good for you!

Dear Pam, I just love your screen name...Ms. Heirloom...It conjures up visions of... Frilly Lace, and Lovely Ladies, and Cameo Pins, and Ruffled Blouses, and Embroidered Samplers, and Hot Tea in Porcelain Tea Cups, and Sterling Silver Tea Services, and Fragrant Roses, and Lavender Sachets... I could go on all day... Anyway let me get to  the reason for my message. I need to repeat what others have said..."AWESOME"... WOOHOO FOR YOU!!! You have done so well... Even with your Big Family Bash... Look forward to seeing you in the station in Skinnytown... Love and prayers, Annamaria

Hi Deb...glad you are enjoying the happy dances.   The ones with letters spelling the word are from a couple of free text generators I like to use.  I can give you the link if you interested.  Its also a way you can make a sparkly name in your signature.  The ones of dancing people are from photo bucket.  I have a free photo bucket account.  I store my graphics there, but I can also run a search to see what else is stored in other people's accounts.  I ran the search, happy dance, and then I found many of them that way.  In both photo bucket and the text generator sites, you then get a code to use in boards.  You place that code in your post and viola!  poof....the picture apepars instead of the code when you post it.  :D

WooHooo! Mrs.H! Way to go!    *woot*

And as I scroll on down through the replies, I see everyone is doing great!

So for those who are sitting on the fence, or trying to figure out ways to bend the program to make allowances for this or that -- give it an honest try -- as the program is written -- and see if you don't agree that this is the most energizing, healthy, easy, enjoyable way to lose weight.

Living testimony to the fact that it works -- right here -- so many people!

Take care, Mrs. H!
Terri

Thank you to each and everyone who posted.  You are all awesome!!!  I have been on a mini-vacation the past two days and am just now home.  I can't believe how many of you took the time to give me additional encouragement.  I love you all; we'll all meet in Skinnytown (or Texas, whichever comes first!).  Pam

ps- Annamarie- My screen name comes from my business, Future Heirlooms, and you're not far off in your fantasies.  I make custom wedding gowns, apparel for the other ladies in the wedding party, prom dresses, and christening gowns.  It's a really fun business!
