I have NEVER felt better!!

I started LDL May 26, 2009 and I have lost 12 pounds since then. It has been a slow climb, but I feel great!! I am fitting into clothes that I have had hanging in my closet. I am so very motivated, thanks to LDL!! My goal is 10 more pounds!! If anyone questions if this works, it does!! Believe it or not I do NOT crave sweets anymore. They don't even look good to me. Amazing!! Don't hesitate to buy the book and start it!! I am going to go back and read the entire book again for added recipes and motivation...

keke you have discovered what alot of us already have, IT WORKS!!!!!!!!! It really works.....and is sooooooo good and good for you.

12 pounds is FANTASTIC in that amount of time, especially for someone that has less than 25 pounds to lose! Sounds like you'll be at your goal in no time at all! Thanks for reporting in to inspire others.

You are amazing! How did you find out about LDL? I wrote to AARP magazine because there are a lot of "seniors" here. I hope they will bring the good news to many more!!!

Keke, I started May 24, near the same day as you! I have lost 12 pounds in that amount of time too. Way to go on your success! :thumbsup:

happy birthday!! What a beautiful birthday gift for YOU from YOU!! 17 pounds is an inspiration to me. I remember those 20's like they were yesterday. Enjoy and keep on truckin' you are on the road to continued health!!

Congratulations! I started the day before you did and have also lost weight. I have a lot more to lose than you do but I loved hearing about your success bc I KNOW LDL works for everyone regardless of the amount of weight that needs to come off.
