I have some updated pics up now thanks to Trish!! Go Trish, Go Trish, Go Trish!! 
I put up a new profile pic and there are a couple more in the gallery of my two girls in my old pants! They can each fit in one leg!!
I used to be in a size 22 pants but I got rid of those last year so I only had size 20's to take a picture with. I am now in a size 12!!

Oh my, this is so awesome Tina!  Size 22's to size 12's....what an accomplishment!
 

Tina that is great news. Just think how small you will be when you meet your goal!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Cookie - you are right.

Tina -- this is awesome!  If you are a size 12 at 179 (or so) then by the time your body finishes adjusting you should be a size --- drumroll please ----- a 2- 4!!! I believe around 8 - 10 lbs is a size when you get down below 170.  And I am only calculating down to 140.  That's Unbelievable!

Shawnee I haven't lost all of it since May. I have come down from a size 18 to a size 12 since May. I was in the size 20's a few months before that.

Your body is listening and it hears you say "I have a really hard time losing weight."  Please try to embrace  the fact that LDL has worked for all of us - some with really tough medical conditions, some of us without the ability to even move much.  So it WILL work for you!  KNOW that! Say"LDL will work for me!" 

Are you posting what you eat in a food journal?  Those that are wiser than me will be able to help you to weed out anyting that may be slowing your weight loss. How long have you been on the program?  There are also other measures for success. Are you feeling better? More energetic? Are your clothes looser?

I guess you are right with starting a journal, me as a half-baked LDL Member still have to learn alot.
And sometimes,~ coz of my english~ there are some missunderstandings....
But i don't give up !!!!!
