FINALLY, 20 POUNDS DOWN!!!!          

It has taken SOOOOOOOO long to get here.  It teased me several times but I finally think it is here to stay.

  Next Goal:  ONEDERLAND.  Hope it's sooner than later. 

4 of my Red Hat friends from Michigan are beginning LDL.  They have had a hard time losing so I told them about LDL.  I'm on my way to Florida for the winter and told them I hope to see "LESS" of them in the spring.

Ginny - congratulations!    20 lbs is terrific - that's a couple of sizes already. Now when you go to Florida, you will have more room in your suitcase!  Bet you didn't think about that!   BTW, I am completely jealous!

Thank you All for your wonderful words and encouragement.  Without all of you I wouldn't be here.  Yes, this is a wonderful WOE.  I pass it along whenever I can because I wish I knew about it 20 - 30 - 40 years ago.  For my friends who do other programs and it works for them, I am glad.  The other programs didn't work for me.  This one does  .

Thanks, too, for the nice words about my picture.  This was taken in the late 1990's but I was at one of my heaviest weights (seems most of my time was bigger than I am now).  But this is just the beginning!    Next stop on the Train to Skinnytown:  Onederland!  It will come!!!!
