Well I have just spent the last 4 hours reading the message boards, I am excited and filled with hope. I seen this yesterday on the 700 club, the weight loss amazed me, but what really hooked me was all the Glory was given to God, I have tried so many diets I am a expert on what you need to do to loose weight, but I have never been able to keep it off, I never had surgery because I know for me it is not just about being "hungry". Now I am suspect that they way I eat has caused my Rheumatoid Arthritis or at least triggers it and that I have problem with celiac disease. I order my book today and can not wait to get started.

Faith- There is plenty of information on this site to gently ease yourself into this way of eating while you wait for your book to be delivered. Ask questions, someone is nearly always available to answer in a timely fashion. Welcome aboard! Pam

Faith, you'll find that this is not a diet in the traditional sense. You will not want to just do this to lose weight and then go back to the way of eating that made you overweight in the first place. This is a wonderful way of eating that gets rid of the cravings and doesn't take willpower to stick to. It is delicious and satisfying and it works. I cannot imagine ever eating another way. God answered my own prayers by leading me to this in June. I started the plan on June 29th and have lost 33.5 lbs. I am in the normal BMI range for my height, but know my body isn't finished losing yet. The BMI range for my height is from 118 - 159, so at 141.5 lbs. I'm in the middle somewhere. I'm small boned, so expect to level out in the 120s, possibly. I am healthier and I don't have the pain in joints and my feet that I had before eating this way. You can't even imagine how good this is yet, but in a month or two, you are going to be pinching yourself, like, "Is this a dream?" I still marvel at how this works so well and how I haven't been deprived. This was what I was looking for.

Faith, I hope we didn't scare you away!

I see you just posted one time. Hopefully, it is just because you keep re-reading the book.
