PRAISE BE TO GOD 65 LBS!!!!!!!!!

    Ok guys, I'm just a little overwhelmed right now. :'( :'( Just finished my one month way in and now I know why my trousers keep slipping. Praise God another 12lbs, a total of 30lbs gone forever. It just doesn't seem possible. I know a lot of it's probably water but I don't care. 30lbs!!! It's gone!! I even checked it on two scales. Praise God and thank you RT for sharing your blessing from God. Oh I think I could dance a jig rite now ( and seriously that would be quite funny ). Thank you everyone on this site for your encouragement and testimonies. I don't think I've been this excited since I accepted Christ.  So full of joy rite now. Thank you Ollie for posting this on face book. If you hadn't of posted RT's video of the 700 club I may have never found this (WOE). Oh I could babel on forever rite now. Thank you everyone, thank you GOD.

Congratulations, Tim!!!  I was almost as eager as you to see your weigh-in results.  You are doing so well and have so much enthusiasm for this WOE.  I hope you can attend Joyful Friend's class just to share your experience with others.  Way to go :rose: :rose: :rose:!  The mental image that keeps me motivated is comparing weight lost to sticks of butter.  Just try to imagine 120 sticks of butter attached all over to your body.  Yuk!!!!!  Pam

I have been waiting to see what your weigh in would be today also.  I am so excited that you are down 12 more lbs never to be found again.
You are just doing so well, your family must be so proud of you.

Tim, I actually posted the link to that video because one of my fb friends asked if anyone knew a good way to lose weight. I'm glad you saw it and decided to follow this eating plan. Unfortunately, I don't think my other friend decided to give it a try.

Take care and keep on keeping on!!

Rodie,
I used to work in the Maintenance field for 20 years. Duct tape made a lot of temporary repairs. Just have to love who ever invented it.LOL

Deborah D,

I don't have much of a singing voice, so I better just stick to the size...LOL

Rodie, it's quite simple, actually.

If it doesn't move, and it should, then we use WD-40.
If it moves, and it shouldn't, then we use Duct Tape.

I started laughing once a few years ago, I was talking with a guy who was fixing the duct work in his house so his
air conditioning would work right.  He stated proudly "For the first time, I finally got to use Duct Tape for it's intended
purpose, and it worked great!  Who knew?"  *woot*
