My son and I made one of these this morning for breakfast, and it was wonderful!
1 big bunch of frozen grapes (red or green)
2 frozen bananas
1 can of mandarin oranges with juice (unsweetened)
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
Blend well and serve! If it is too "tart" for you, add 2 single packets of Splenda sweetener. If it is too thick, add water, more unsweetend juice, or non-fat milk to thin it down a bit. (:
