It sure is nice to see someone taking the time to search the recipes. Some of the older ones are some of the best. Lemon Meringue Pie is my one of my favorites and I didn't think to search for it because I didn't think our recipes would have included one. I have printed out this one to try over the weekend; but, I must add that I usually limit my desserts (other than a fruit smoothie) to a "once in awhile" treat.

VickyLynn, that is what I do. I don't make treats everyday. I have no desire to do so, because I never want under food bondage again. I am so satisfied with LDL foods, that it is now much easier for me. It still seems like a dream that I can eat such an abundance of good foods and not gain. JF
