Hi yall,
I made this the other day and I think its great. Hope its LDL friendly.
15 oz. canned dorn (drained)
8 oz F/F cream cheese
4 oz canned green chilies, chopped ( I used a can of Hot Rotel drained.)
4 oz pickled jalapeno, chopped
1 cup grated F/F cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350, In a large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/2 the cheese. Coat baking dish with spray, pure dip into dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly.. Serve with corn thins. I toast my corn thins a little bit.

Gene,
This isn't a hot dip but it does have the flavor of corn and the avocados are a much healthier fat than the cream cheese.

Well Roger,
How about this dip.
! can re fried beans
!/4 cup of f/f shredded cheese
1 can rotel (drained) I use the hot
Mix together in a bowl, get a glass baking dish, spray with oil, put in baking dish. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Its Good.

That sounds good, and you can even add some of that corn back in it.....Yummy.... Lisa
