Does anyone know if you can freeze like the white bean dip or hummus?  I am going out of town next weekend and want to prepare it ahead of time this weekend if possible.

You can freeze bean dips. It's the ones with sour cream that don't freeze very well.

Thanks for responding!  Glad to know.  I have backtracked a little but am still hanging on.  Now I remember that I should always be "armed" with delicious, tasty food that is more healthy...by making it ready & convenient.
