Here is a recipe for my Aunt Dot's Barbecue Sauce.  She lives in Florida and makes her own.

2 Tbsp butter (use ICBINB)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp vinegar
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup Ketchup (Sugar free if you can find)
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp ground mustard
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery, OR 1 Tbsp celery salt

Saute onion (and chopped celery, if using) in butter.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
**Note** If you need a lot of sauce, you may want to double or triple this recipe.
