Ingredients:
2 cans (14 ounces) red kidney beans,drained and rinsed
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 small Onion, peeled and quartered
1 Tomato, top trimmed off and quartered
1/2 Tsp cumin
1/4 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Lite Salt
Put all ingredients in blender, combine until chunky
Heat in microwave or on stove, stirring until hot.
