CAN WE QUICKLY FORM A PRAYER BRIGADE TO FIGHT A FIRE?

"On a not so happy note a nasty fire is burning about 2 miles from our home and has shut down the freeway in both directions.
Haven't heard yet how it started but the wind has been blowing this afternoon and causing problems.
We are on alert but they have brought in air tankers and it looks like they are making progress on getting it contained."

Word is that the fire is contained and should be out soon. Far as we can tell no structures were lost.

The fire is out and there were no injuries. One mobile home park was evacuated but they were able to save all the homes.

Dear Sheral, I am joining the prayer chain also.  I am praying for safety for you, your horses, your property, and your neighbors. God created the winds and "He" alone can calm them... I am praying for protection for all the firemen as well.. May our gentle Lord be with all of you and grant  you the "Peace" which surpasses all understanding and can only come from "HIM".
