This is an old post that I'm responding to but I just want to help get this forum up and running again. What a shame that no one seems to be on here anymore. I see that action has been taken to start the boards again and I am so happy about that! Anyway, to respond to your feta question, yes, you can most likely consume feta cheese or any cheese in very small amounts and not too often! I do and have in the past and still lost weight. Note: the stonger (sharper) the cheese, the less amount you need to use for maximum taste.
