How do I get the ticker to stay.. I copied and pasted it then when I tested it on the next reply it was not there.

I had a very good day today, so far.
Smoothie for breakfast
Chili for lunch
Fruit salad for supper
I feel very full at the moment and I hope not to eat any more food tonight. Its after nine o'clock anyway and since I am trying to get myself away from junk food this is probably a good cut off time for me.
I feel pretty strong right now and hope to continue my journey and loose the rest of my weight.
I am trying to visualize myself slim as some of the others are doing. It should help.

Hi Wither.. I think I did make a goal and close to my personal goal last year.. Then my Mom got sick, and I went to stay with her a few days a week. She passed in Jan.. but I let it all get to me and ate too many wrong foods and continued to do so when I didnt have any excuses left. So I am trying to get it off again and get that control back that LDL lets me have. Luckily, I havent gain it all back and believe me I am not gonna gain any more.
I had a good day today with a smoothie for breakfast. I had chili for lunch and ate a fruit salad around 6 at breaktime at work. I had some grapes this evening and that will be it for me tonight. I am already looking forward to tomorrow so I can start all over again. I did want chocolate today but opted for the fruit salad. I work in a grocery store so I have many choices all day long. My job is cooking a meal 4 times a day and sampleing it out to customers. I did have a couple of small pieces of fennel come to think of it. I do need to somehow need to eat more veggies. I dont eat enough of them and most of the time none at all. Any suggestions or any pill or powder that would take the place of veggies?

I make a tray of raw veggies and keep in the frig at all times. Seems if they are handy you will tend to eat them. They are good if you need crunch. Which I do. You could try it to see if it helps.
