yes i'm back. it's been a hard year. i'll catch up more later. but for now i NEED to post what i'm eating.

breakfast grapes
lunch black bean soup and sardines
dinner greek goddess frittata popcorn
great day!! i'm so proud of myself!
sept 30
breakfast banana
lunch chicken, corn, small amount dark brown rice (this stuff is awesome!)
dinner egg drop soup, apple, grapes, popcorn
2 days in a row! woo-hoo!

WOW!! thanks guys!! i'm glad to be back. didn't get to post this weekend as my sis was in town for her 20th reunion. but i did pretty good and looking forward to monday and getting back to normal.
patsyfay i eat the sardines right out of the can. i just love those guys!! i like the hot, mustard and olive oil ones. full of good for you stuff!! and i'll post the recipe for the frittata this week. super yummy and my kids loved it!
