Sharolyn my mother was 85, if she had lived until June 4Th she would have been 86, She has been in poor health for a while, and the last 2 weeks she suffered bad, it was hard on Dad, and the rest of us to see her suffer like that, so in a way it was a blessing when she passed, but we all loved her and miss her so much.  My older sister Sandra has taking care of mother and dad for the last 9 years by herself unless she called me for help, and I would go down for weeks and months at a time to help her, a couple of years ago Sandra had 2 different kinds of cancer right after each other, so she still has side effects from her treatments, that is why I am going down in a couple of weeks to help her get the house in order.  I am so glad my husband supports me in this.

Breakfast: scramble eggs, fresh fruit and 2 bottles of water

Lunch: subway grilled chicken salad, with bean salad on top and 2 bottles of water

Supper: popcorn, fresh fruit and water

Lunch at the park: a piece of my Barbecue chicken, tossed salad with my bean salad added, couple bottles of diet tea, and another bottle of water.  (Did not care that I could not have dessert, or should I say DID NOT WANT DESSERT   was very happy with my lunch)

It is good Pam, I have already eaten 3 bowl of it today.... and this made a HUGH pot of soup....I can have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the whole week and may still have some left over...but that's OK, when I get tired of it I will freeze and make something else.

I just love my fresh fruit any time of the day or evenings...and I love my banana's some time I eat 3 or 4 a day and I still lose weight.
