Today was a good LDL day, I had all my water for the day, and ate only LDL foods

Breakfast: bottle of water  (feeling sick first thing this morning)

Lunch: Left over Barbecue and more water, couple pieces of orange

Supper: Mixed fruit smoothie and rest of the water, bottle of tea

Tomorrow I will be going shopping for more fruit and vegetables, and things to cook for our church dinner, and also things to take to my brother and sister in laws house Saturday night.  Thinking about the cauliflower pizza...

I am thinking about my mother a lot today...today has been 2 months that she has been deceased.  I miss her so much, but I know she is in a better place and no longer in pain.  But I can't call her or touch her any more and that is what's so hard, and knowing that in 2 days will be what would have been her 86th birthday and for the first time in 50 something years I can't wish her a happy birthday or talk to her on this day...But I will get through this and all the other firsts that coming this year.

I am going to the store for the food I will be using this week, so I am signing off for now but will come back later and add what I eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.  I also weigh this morning and have lost 5 pounds so far this month.

Breakfast: Banana's and bottle of water

Lunch: Strawberries and 2 bottles of water

Went to help my husband finish stripping a parking lot and was later getting home then planned, so I had made a chicken casserole for our church lunching tomorrow and had a little bit that did not go into the pan, so I heated that for supper.  Was not LDL

Dinner: Chicken Casserole and bottle of water

All the "firsts" this year will come with pangs of grief.  That is normal and part of the acceptance of the profound loss in your life.  You are doing great with your weight!  Pam

Lets just say today was a BAD LDL day...We had a church dinner after church this morning... and I ate stuff that I should not have eaten...But I DID NOT EAT DESSERTS, I ate fresh fruit that I had taken for the day.....
Tomorrow is another day, so I will start fresh and forget about today...This was from not eating any breakfast and having to wait until almost 1:00 to eat anything....

Don't know where my head was this morning, got up and messed around in the house and worked on the computer, until time for my husband to go to the Doctor, at 3:40 in the afternoon, and when we were getting ready to leave the house I remembered I had eaten nothing that whole day, so I got a few grapes (6 or 7) and ate them on the way.  While he was at the doctors I went to Wally World and got some stuff so I can bake for our bake sales Saturday morning, so I got some banana's, strawberries and another watermelon.  So when I got home I fixed supper.

Breakfast: 2 bottles of water

Lunch: (3:40-4:00) grapes and a banana, another bottle of water

Supper: (5:30) chili and another bottle of water....may eat some watermelon later when it gets cold.

Got up about 6:00 and got ready for our church bake sale...no one showed up and no one else baked but me... so I stayed from 7:30 until 2:00....

Breakfast: 2 bottles of water and a bottle of diet peach tea

Lunch: Fresh fruit (strawberries, watermelon and banana) and a bottle of water

Supper: I cooked for our card playing party at my brother in laws house so I had BB Chicken, tossed salad with bean salad on top, a tiny bit of corn with cream cheese and jalapeno, and diet peach tea...
I took lots of desserts left over from the bake sale, but I did not eat any...

You are an inspiration Deborah.
With as little as you ate all day, I am not sure I could have resisted a small bnite of dessert!

Linda/Pam I filled up on the BB Chicken and tossed salad with bean salad on top....it was so good,  the others did not know they were eating my "diet Food" so to speak....and they all loved the food.  And I baked one of the pineapple pies with the Xylosweet for the ones that could not have sugar, and everyone said it was great.

I had a rough night last night. Unable to sleep. The barking dog downstairs who barked all night didn't help the situation. My head cold is in full swing. Drain, drain, drain.

My youngest graduated from high school last Saturday. We had a party for him afterwards. It was a lot of fun.
I'm hanging in there through this cold.
