Today was a good day, my husband and I went to pay off his prearranged funeral plan this morning, and saved about $3,000 dollars paying off early. And I always love saving money *love*
Breakfast: Fresh fruit (watermelon), and a bottle of water
Lunch: more fresh fruit (watermelon) and another bottle of water,
(drank a 1/2 bottle of diet peach tea at my sister in laws house)
Supper: Messed up tonight made mac and cheese, and ate some, then I remembered I have not been eating beans for the last few days just fruit, so now I have some beans soaking for 15 bean soup...will make some time tomorrow night for supper.

Today is going to be a busy day, having our Saturday night game night again at my Brother in laws house, my sister in law is making White chili, (made with beans) and every thing in it is LDL, so I am making a big tossed salad and a large fresh fruit tray, to go with it....and I have to go to the store and get every thing I need for them, am also soaking beans for my 15 bean soup I am going to make so I don't crave mac and cheese again :'(
and cooking my dear husband some fresh vegetables, which he wants...and I love...
Breakfast: watermelon, bottle of water with a little bit of apple juice added for flavor.
Lunch: fresh fruit and water
Supper:White chili, tossed salad, fresh fruit and diet peach tea, after getting back home drank the rest of my water.

Today was another good day for me saving money...I canceled my preneed funeral plan that I had paid off for the last 6 years, and having a plan set up with the funeral home that took care of my mother in Houston....even with today prices I will get to keep over $1,300.00 of the money I get back. That to me is a good deal, and I made sure they would do the same things I had with the first funeral home. So now both my husband and I have our plans taken care of if some thing should happen to us. That is a load off my mind, knowing my family will not have to pay out any thing on my funeral.

Lunch: 15 bean soup, fruit smoothie and a bottle of water
Supper: 15 bean soup, fresh fruit, tossed salad , smoothie and last of my water to drank.

Well had another wonderful day, but can't remember what I ate for breakfast, lunch or dinner, I do know everything was LDL, I know what I ate but not which meal. So will just list it.

Today was a long day, started at 6:00am had to be at my friends house for our church garage sale today and tomorrow...did not eat before leaving the house, but did take my 4 bottles of water with me. And would not eat their because it was not LDL, so did without until I got home about 3:00pm.
Breakfast: nothing but 2 bottles of water
Lunch: nothing but 2 bottles of water
Supper: Tuna salad, large slice of watermelon and a little bit of apple juice.

Another long day at our church garage sale...my friend went to get me some Barbque and it was so hard, I could not eat it, so she took it back and got my money back, so waited until 6:00pm to eat.

Today was the last day of our church garage sale. THANK YOU JESUS now I don't have to get up at 6:00 am every morning. Once again so busy I did not eat until I got home.

Lunch: large piece of watermelon, about a spoonful of tuna salad, which is all that was left and water
Supper: meatballs, couple of pieces of fried chicken with the skin and breading taken off and diet peach tea.

My friend called about 6:00 pm asking me if I could take her to the ER, she had fallen and hit her head and her Doctor wanted her to go in and get checked out. Made it to the ER about 7:00 pm

Made it to the ER about 7:00 pm....waited and waited and waited till about 1:00 am we both was tried and hungry so went to the vending machines got a Root Beer and a candy bar....ate this made us both sick but gave us a little energy, and then waited and waited again until about 3:00 am they called her name and took us into the back where we waited and waited again until about 5:00 am when the doctor saw us...they ran test and found that she had bleeding on the brain and they took her to another part of the hospital where they ran more test on her head....then told us they are keeping her for at least a day. So I waited with her for a room until about 11:00 am when she told me to go on home and get some rest, that she would call me when she was moved into a room.
left the hospital about 11:00 am got home at 11:30 and had breakfast.

Supper: boneless pork ribs, watermelon, smoothie and 2 bottles of water

Went to the Dentist today and had a jaw tooth cut out....so for the next 2 to 3 days I can only have soft foods, so it will be smoothies, soups and watermelon....
