Today marks day one. Im so happy to finally get back on board!!!! I have 70 pounds of baby weight that i now need to get off. Last time i was on ldl i lost 141 pounds in a year. Unfortunatly i gained 70 back being pregnant. My lil man Aydin turned 5 months today. So its about time that i got back on track. I just moved back out on my own with my fionce and Aydin. Im ready to get this weight off!!! i forgot to weigh myself this morning. But i will and post tomorrow on my starting point!!! I really need tips on shopping on a stricked budget. And we have picky eaters.. I mainley need tips on lunches.. Things i can freeze. Thanks guys and im so glad to be back!!!

Thanks Ollie!! Feels great to be back!! Today went well.. Started off with some scambled eggs. Then for lunch i made taco soup.. I had 2 big bowls.. Yummy!! Dinner I had 2 apples, 1 orange and a big bowl of corn.. Friday ill be gettin a new ninja so i can have smoothies again.. Till then ill be eating my fruit.. lol

I just came up with a wonderful cheap lunch.. i cut up 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast and fried in some extra light olive oil. Then i added some of the pepper stir fry veggies.. all veggies no sauces or added garbage. then seasoned to taste.. The meal cost less then $5.. This time around im all about saving money.. So any cheap tips would be wonderful!! :D

Day 2 went great!! My starting weight is 265.. :'( But thats ok, because im gonna lose it again!!! For breakfast i had scambled eggs and salsa. For lunch i made the chicken stir fry. For dinner I had 2 apples, 1 orange and a bunch of grapes.. Im getting my new ninja friday so i can have my smoothies.. I cant wait!!

Today marks day 3. Ive had a  horrible headache all day. I remember last time i started ldl i had a headach for a bout a week. My guess is it could be sugar withdrawl. I forgot to tell you guys i went back to school. Im studying criminal justice so one day i can become a juvenile corrections officer. Being a mother of a 5 month old and going to school can be tough at times. But hey i have strait A's so im not complaining..  :D This morning I had scrambled eggs with salsa and a big bowl of no sugar added applesause.. For lunch I had a big bowl of Taco soup. Dinner ill be cutting a pineapple and having a banana, grapes, apples and an orange. Tomorrow i get my ninja so its back to smoothies.. yay!!!

Day 4. Todays been a long day!! But doing great on ldl.. I purchased the new ninja today. Its changed a lot. For breakfast I had a big bowl of no sugar added apple sauce. For lunch I had a chicken breast salad with lots of veggies and sweet onion dressing from subway. Dinner i had a huge smoothie and a big bowl of corn with I cant believe its not butter. For snack im going to have grapes since i forgot to put them in my smoothie.. I have to write an essay about nutrition or excersise, so as long as i can google ldl i can write all about it. lol.. We have to use a search engine. I can go on for days talking about ldl. Well time to give aydin a bath and then bed time for him. Good night!! :D

Todays been great!! For breakfast i had fresh strawberries and blueberries. For lunch i had a big bowl of taco soup.. I still had some left from making it tuesday so i froze the rest. For dinner im gonna have a couple smoothies. Then for snack some freshly popped popcorn with i cant believe its not butter and splenda. Thats my favorite!! Were off to a bday party.. Im not gonna eat anything!! im nice and full from lunch!!  :tongue:

Happy Easter!!! Days are getting easier and easier.. For breakfast i had 2 bananas. Then for lunch i made a pot roast with carrots in the crock pot. I trimmed off all the nasty fat.. Then for dinner ill have 2 smoothies.. Im really enjoying the new ninja. so much easier to use and clean then the old one. For snack im gonna have popcorn again. Tomorrow im going to make my sugar free jello desert. I cant wait!!

katfolk26, you are doing so well on ldl!! Keep up the good work!  :thumbsup:  I try to tell anyone who asks about my weight loss about ldl! We need to get the word out; so more people know about it!

Thank You!!! We sure do need to get the word out!! Ive told a lot of people about ldl.. I even have a few friends that are also on board.. So its been a week and i had to weigh in to so how im doing.. 10 pounds gone!!! I can definetly tell!! The jeans i put on today are not a tight as they were.. Im really super excited!! I have a test day in criminal justice.. Im a little nervous.. But i should do great!! As long as i get a B on this test then I dont have to take the Final. I have an A in this class.. Ill talk to u guys later!! Have a wonderful day!! :cool:

I was in a hurry to get to school. For lunch I made us london broil marinated in some carribean marinade.. lol on the spellin.. For dinner ill have my favorite fruit smoothies..
