yes i'm back.  it's been a hard year.  i'll catch up more later.  but for now i NEED to post what i'm eating. 

sept 29. 
breakfast grapes
lunch black bean soup and sardines
dinner greek goddess frittata  popcorn

great day!! i'm so proud of myself!

sept 30
breakfast banana
lunch chicken, corn, small amount dark brown rice (this stuff is awesome!)
dinner egg drop soup, apple, grapes, popcorn

2 days in a row! woo-hoo!

Okay, Kay,
Tell me about your Green Goddess Frittata!  And how do you eat your sardines?  Right out of the can?  Do you prepare them any certain way?  I'm always looking for new ways to eat the old things.  Nice to meet you!

WOW!! thanks guys!!  i'm glad to be back.  didn't get to post this weekend as my sis was in town for her 20th reunion.  but i did pretty good and looking forward to monday and getting back to normal.

patsyfay i eat the sardines right out of the can.  i just love those guys!! i like the hot, mustard and olive oil ones.  full of good for you stuff!! and i'll post the recipe for the frittata this week.  super yummy and my kids loved it!

I think I'll try the sardines this week.  And I'll look forward to the frittata recipe.
