Ginney's Journey to "Skinny Town", 6/15/09

Hello,
Another day of being successful, thank you God!

For breakfast I had a smoothie:  banana, 8 frozen strawberries, come fresh pineapple, Simply Orange juice, 2 packets Splenda.  Drank it on the way to work.

Lunch:  Grilled chicken salad with FF Ranch dressing on the side

Snack:  watermelon and fresh pineapple

Dinner:  Can of great northern beans, some red beets.

I did manage to drink (4) 16 ozs of water today!!!

I am looking for more "yummy" bean recipes.  I didn't have anything prepared for today but was determined to stay LDL, so I just warmed up the can of beans.

I am making the Chicken Spinach Soup for tomorrow.
