Kirby's Food Journal - second week living the LDL way!

Ok.. hubby and I are on our second week of the LDL plan and feeling great! He's lost 4 lbs already. I have no idea if I have lost or not because I swore I wasn't stepping on the scale for at least 2 weeks. Typical day of eating thus far goes like this...

Breakfast:
smoothie made with a little oj, mango,banana, blueberries or strawberries and cantelope,dollop of fat free/sugar free yogurt
1/2 of a grapefruit
*every other day we'll substitute a poached egg over vegetarian organic refried beans

Lunch:
Muirs Organic Sugar Free bean soup or Mary's Pizza Soup
spinach salad with fruit and grilled chicken,steak, or one of "Roys" bean burgers from the LDL recipe section
1/2 of a grapefruit

Dinner:
Huge bowl of fruit salad
Bowl of Bean Soup

Snacks:
frozen grapes
celery
wasa multi grain crisp bread with organice SF tomato sauce and veggie mozz. "cheese" (baked in the oven)

Haven't received my book yet but am wondering if all natural sugar free peanut butter is on the no-no list? Would love to top the celery with it. Until I have the book, any suggestions for dinners would be greatly appreciated!
