Journal for Father's Day
Breakfast - Shredded Wheat with sliced banana, very small amount of skim milk (My Sunday Treat Only)
Lunch - Schloop (first time I've had this. Thanks Jaz - this is great!!!) and two corn thins with ff cheese melted on top. Frozen watermelon (first time for this too - also great!!!)
Snack - Cantaloupe
Dinner - Ate out for Father's Day - had grilled chicken, salad, chicken had melted cheese.
Snack - Popcorn, Smoothie
Also washed and prepared grapes for freezing so, of course I had to eat some. About the frozen grapes in the freezer. It is very easy to open that door and grab 3 or 4 whenever I pass the frig. Got to watch this!!
Was this too much food for the day? I think I am beyond full - might even be STUFFED.

One of the important things to remember when you are beginning to eat ldl is to eat until full of ldl foods each time you are hungry, eat only when hungry, this helps to eliminate cravings. so the amount of food isn't important, its how you feel, full or hungry. It took me a few times of being overfull to actually be able to tell when I am full. God bless as you continue your journey.
