EnJae, I'm sorry I've missed your posts lately bc I've not been saying as many prayers for you as I could have been praying. That has just changed and know you are in my prayers. You've been such an inspiration to so many of us and I for one am very appreciative.  Thank you and May God Be with you on this journey too. God Bless, Lynda

I apparently caught a bug and was sick in the bathroom off and on from 2:30am - 7am. After losing all that poop, I had a niggling thought that my weight might be a little lower than it had been before. So even though it was not yet the first of the month, I weighed myself.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
Today is 26 August 2009.
I weigh 199#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First time my weight's been that low in 20 years!

I am so glad I  popped on to your journal ---- I almost missed celebrating with you!  Yeahhhhh!  *woot* *woot* *woot*
Strike up the band!  That's such terrific news.     I would imagine it will be even easier for you now that you are getting your allergies under some control. You are handling every challenge with such strength and grace - God is rewarding you!

Please post this in the success stories or medical success stories. I am sure that a lot of people will be encouraged and inspired by your challenges and your success! I would also personally love to see you post something in the general discussions so we can all celebrate with you. I don't want this milestone to be missed!

BTW, I am right behind you ---- can't wait!

Enjae, you'll need to change the little phrase under your picture!!!  :D :D :D :D :D :D
It is no longer a true statement.

Maybe you can say "Onederland is Onederful!'  :D

Great job, NJ...loved your postcard from ONEDERLAND.

I was going to send you a congratulations pic of a woman in jeans showing off how much smaller she is after losing weight.  But after some consideration, I decided that the "coconut blond" would appreciate this pic much more.  His initials are LDL, as in Lethal, Deadly, Lovely, but you can call him "Arm Candy."  *evil* *evil* *evil*  I um-mmm, ah-hhh...made him in a discreet, handy, pocket size so that he can always be with you.

(Ahem!  )
Well, GEM; it is so GOOD of you to stop by!
Fortunately, either you forgot to add the picture or maybe my ad-block blocked the picture, I'm not sure.
But 'arm candy' isn't on my food plan...

Here's a weight-loss plan no one needs to follow: Get the flu!

Wow, I feel like I've lost all the weight I'll ever need to lose just in the past 3 days. I've basically had broth, water and medicine since Thursday morning. Today (Sunday) I finally had some chicken and veggies at lunch time. But just eating lunch felt like a work-out. I had to go to bed again after.
Still I feel like I am coming to the end of it.
