Red cherries.
Well, I think everyone knows about cherries. It is delicious fruits. Many dishes are incomplete without cherries. Recently studies that red cherries contain powerful antioxidants, which is also known as anthocyanins. This reduces inflammation and risk factors for heart disease. Recently, latest research conducted by the University of Michigan suggest heart patient to eat red cherries as well as to put some health devices like oxygen concentrator and portable oxygen. As we know that excess fat in the body increases the risk of heart disease. Red cherries control the body fat and cholesterol. So, add red cherries in your diet and reduce heart disease and cholesterol.

Re: Red cherries.
baba,
Are you talking about the bright red sour cherries or the dark red sweet cherries?
I AM addicted to the dark red sweet cherries!!
Maybe I eat too many as I can't seem to drop any pounds since getting back on LDL, after gaining 20#, after quitting smoking, March 28, 2011.
I will keep on eating the LDL way as I know it is healthier for me even if I'm not losing the weight I want to lose.
Praise the Lord for LDL!
