I'm laxmom's friend and this is my first post
I have lost 70 pounds which is less than 2 pounds of being 1/3 of my original weight. I went from a size 18 to a size 8, and I'm loving it. My older sister, a woman at work, her mother and my niece's mother in-law have since purchased the book and recipe cards. I was even written about in a review for a restaraunt I work at as a server part-time (they call it the bean diet!). My friend Jen calls me the incredible shrinking woman.

I started the middle of June 2007 and lost an average of ten pounds a month. I have since added some feta cheese and lite cool whip (in smoothies) and am maintaining my currant weight but am considering dropping them and losing a few more pounds as a safety net.
