Hey! I'm new and need some help!! Please!!!
I just ordered my book yesterday and I made a post asking for some help earlier but I can't find my post!! I know it's pretty sad!! haha I was hoping to get some advice from those of you that have been using this diet. I am not exactly sure what I am supposed to do!! I need to know all the do's and don'ts with the certain foods and also some tips on meals. Thanks so much for all help!!

I'M NEW MYSELF BUT I'LL TRY TO HELP. YOU FIRST START OUT YOUR MORNING EATING AS MUCH FRESH FRUITS AS YOU CAN IF NOT SATISFIED THEN YOU CAN MAKE A SMOOTHIE WITH BANANAS STRAWBERRIES, APPLES, CANTELOUPE. FOR LUNCH EAT PROTEINS LEAN TURKEY, SALMON, CORN ON THE COB, BEANS, CORN, PINTO BEANS AND FOR DINNER SMOOTHIES, NO PROTEINS, GRAPES OR FROZEN GRAPES, FRESH FRUITS, OR SOME SUN MAID RAISINS IF STILL HUNGRY.

Hi Tina! Welcome to Let's Do Lunch. This should help until your book arrives:
The portions depicted by the magazine staff are very small, and we really aren't supposed to be eating bread products at all. We satisfy those cravings with peas, beans, corn, popcorn, and Best Foods Original (flavor) Corn Thins. We are supposed to eat until FULL at all three meals to enable us to avoid wanting to snack. But don't be confused. That is only for people well established on Let's Do Lunch who have their blood sugar stabilized & all cravings under control.
When you're first starting out, you are supposed to eat until full of ALL the Let's Do Lunch foods to satisfy and any and all cravings - as much as you want, as often as you want. Unbelieveable, no? But it's true.
