Unsweetened Soy Milk
I've been using unsweetened soy milk in my smoothies is this okay? Also I've been hungey but have no desire to eat. Should I still eat something?

beans in smoothies? I had not thought of that. I had heard of spinach in smoothies on the food network. Are butter beans the best as far as adding the least amount of bean flavor?

I've tried garbanzo, navy, and pinto beans. They've all been fine. I add 1/2 drained and rinsed beans to my large breakfast smoothie on any day I will have to wait awhile until lunch. Beans have great staying power, thicken the smoothie, and don't add much taste. Of course, my VitaMix really blends them in well so there is no problem with texture! Pam
