12 pounds gone gone gone

Just over a month and 12 pounds gone YAHOO!!! But even better than that is my BP has stayed in the normal range after creeping up lately into pre-hypertension. I feel great and finally have confidence and the tools to continue to Skinnytown. Praise the Lord! Thanks Roger for writing the book and thanks to all of you for your support on this board!

Wow JuliainGa.. Its wonderful to hear the good news as I am new at this and it so encouraging to see that the weight does fall off after eating so much good food with so many choices..
