I've never tried it, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. If you don't need a lot of it, I might try a small coffee grinder, or even by hand with a mortar and pestle. Splenda seems like pretty light, fluffy stuff, so if you put it in a blender or regular food processor, you might get an airborne mess!

But a coffee grinder is more tightly enclosed. I often put a spoonful of sea salt and some garlic salt or dried herbs in a small, marble mortar, and grind it down fine for using on popcorn. Works great!
