Smoothie Recipes
I read a post that mentioned a Dreamy Creamy Orange Vanilla Smoothie. Does anyone know where the recipe for this is. I used to love the dreamcicles I used to eat as a kid, and this post said it tasted a lot like them. Thanks.

Hi!
I found the recipe for you:
Dreamy Creamy Orange Vanilla Smoothie
1 c. Orange juice
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp. Vanilla (make sure there is no sugar in this)
3 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and whip until smooth and creamy.

Hi Leisure Granny!
If you want to find any recipe you've heard about, you can do a search for it. Simply type the words into the search box at the top of the page under your log-in info. For this search, I typed in "Creamy Dreamy", and voila! It directed me easily to the post that has the recipe:

If you find info you especially like, or something that encourages you, or to easily keep track of your own journal page, you can bookmark it in your personal bookmarks. I like to copy potentially delicious recipes into a text document and save it in a file so I can find it easily later. If I make any changes for our personal preferences or for variations, I can make notes so I can replicate the adjustments next time I cook it. I love the recipe boards!!
Enjoy your LDL journey!
