This was in the dressings under sweet onion l & ll.  I tried them both but the first one is the one I always use now.  I love it and I make a double batch and put in the fridge and use all week long on salads.  I don't use a cup of sugar though.  I only have splenda now so I use like 6 packages for a double batch.  I also use red wine vinegar when making it.

I got so busy before going to Missoula today I forgot to eat breakfast.  I ate lunch real quick and then by the time we got home at 8 pm I was really hungry .  I think not eating breakfast really set my day off on a wrong note.

Tomorrow we have to be in Missoula for Mike's dental cleaning by 8:30 am and then wait all day for his dental appointment to fix a broken tooth at 2:20 pm so will have to figure out some fruit to eat on the way to tide us over.  Then we have Bible study tomorrow night with everyone bringing food.  I was told it was going to be BBQ chicken and potato salad so I will have to find some fruit and veggies to bring at the store.  When we went to Costco yesterday they hardly had any fruit and they said they were not sure when a shipment would come in.  They did have lots of grapes and oranges but not much else.

B:  Olive Omelet
    Fuji Apple
L:  Steak
    Black bean & corn fry
D:  Orange, Pineapple & Lime smoothie

We went today to look at a business to go in on with another couple.  It will certainly take prayer to see if this is what we are supposed to do.

I hope to all works out for you no matter what you decide.

I am thinking I need some cross broder retail theraphy with the CDN$$ so high.

But the drawback is there is too much Alberta between me and the border and too much Montana between the border and the shops. I love Coldwater Creek as their petite L fits me well. maybe in the summer I'll try an excusion to Idaho and visit them there. I love reading about your travels daily travels.
When I lived on the east coast it was easier to go down to Maine and I really enjoyed that.

It seems that you have adjusted to the knee replacement really well. Are you able to use it to full capacity yet?

I went to the knee doctor last week and was released I am doing so well.  I still don't have full use but I am not using a cane or any aides any longer.
One thing about living in Montana is where ever you go it is a trip.LOL  Everything is far away but the trip is always beautiful.
My sister who lives in Coeurd'Alene Idaho talks about buying her clothes from Coldwater Creek.  I was never sure what type of clothes or shop she was talking about.  I just assumed it was something like Coles.
If you are wearing a Large you must be doing really well on LDL?  Did you have much to lose when you began?

Wendy, You have done so well with your knee surgery.  When you lose all the weight you want, you will be ready to move.  How great!  It is beautiful here today.  The lilacs and dogwoods are in bloom.  I need to get himming bird containers out---hope I'm not too late.  We had a beautiful church service.  My hubby left for a 4 day golf outing to SC.  I now  can just do what I please, when I please.  I have something most of the days to do--meetings and fun things.  and  *hug* *hug* Joyful Friend

Thanks all, it has been so nice to have my knee feeling better after all these years.  Getting rid of weight is surely helping with my joints and pain.

So glad to see you are doing so well with your knee. So many people I know put it off so long because they want to avoid surgery.

I went to a Coldwater Creek store in Billings that was really nice.
I wear large, but I am very short, only 5'1".
I was over 200 pounds but about 5 years ago realized I just can't handle wheat and managed to get down to 170. When I discovered LDL I realized rice was just as bad for me. I have gotten down to 160 but haven't lost in a month. But it is an extremely busy time for me with deadlines at work and I am getting no exercise.
I am doing well with the food part but know in my case I need to exercise also. So I have to get that in place soon. Hopefully we will get warmer weather soonand I can get walking.
We are so far north it stays light really late in the evening in spring and summer so that is nice for walking.
You are right about Montana being an experience. It is very beautiful and so clean and fresh. The problem I had when I drove down was the strong winds in Southern Alberta and Northern Montanan. I was in Billings for a conference. I was also in Helena earlier when my daughter had to go there to take an exam to make her RN credentials valid in the US as well as Canada.

I am 5'11 so I can carry a little more weight but certainly not as much as I was trying to carry.
I am not far from Missoula so Billings is quite a trip from where I live.  I am actually closer to Idaho and the store that is there.
Yes the wind in that area is awful.  My husband is from Big Timber Mt just outside of Livingston which is know as the little Chicago because of the wind.  I hated living in Big Timber for 8 long years.  It never quit blowing and there were times it was so strong you had to walk bent over.  I could see why everyone had short hair.

    Raspberries
L:  Last of the Pulled Pork
Green salad w/ sweet onion dressing and chicken breasts
D:  the rest of green salad I didn't have time to eat earlier
    Popcorn

We are having a bit of a dinner party tonight so will eat my big meal tonight.  I decided to make raspberry souffle for dessert so had to make quite alot of them since they are quite small when they finish cooking.  I then ended up with egg yolks that I couldn't bare to throw away so made an omelet with them.

B:  Orange, banana, Pineapple & coconut Smoothie
L:  Raspberry Omelet
D:  Roasted Garlic Salmon
    Coleslaw
    Corn on the cob
    Raspberry Souffle

Is the garlic salmon you are serving the one on here with parsley and dijon mustard and garlic? I am having people in next week and I am going to make that. I made it for hubby the other day and he loved it.

Have fun with your guests.
