Happy New Year to you Pam, Sparkle Lady, and to all the others on the board.    I enjoy LDL so very much, and I plan to enjoy another satisfying year with food.  It's the 2ND year that I don't have to make a weight New Year resolution.  I do look back with thankfulness, and look ahead in trying to motivate and help others to gain freedom from food  Thanks again, Roger for this great WOE.  I am hopeful that we all will find our ways prosperous and successful.    JF
