Thanks for the answers. Ok, so no tortilla. No big deal, well ok, a little deal. I can live without it though. The green beans, are home canned, no sugar. The dressing is Walden Farms, no sugar, no fat, no calories so do I really have to worry about how much of it I get on a salad? If you think so, I will do the fork dip, I would just rather not. When I do that I feel like I am dieting and I am trying to not look at this as another diet but a life style change.
