Well, I did it!!!!

Breakfast: Hot Blueberry Pie
Snack: Watermelon and fresh pineapple while I was cutting it up
Lunch: Talipa fish, dipped in scrambled egg and popcorn flour. 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in skillet and cooked the fish, oh my, soooooooo yummy.
Steamed broccoli, and some more of the watermelon and pineapple I cut up earlier.
Supper: Fruit smoothie made with one banana, six frozen strawberries, 1/3 cup of orange juice, and some pineapple chunks. Added 2 packets of Splenda and blended smooth.
Snack: I am going to pop a bag of popcorn and drink my water.
Great Day!!! Praise the Lord, I pray for guidance for tomorrow with my menu......

Great start Ginney!
Why not try one of the yummy bean recipes tomorrow....helps cut any carb cravings. You could have it at lunch or dinner

Thanks Julie, I am doing that just now, getting supper. I am having some navy beans, plain baked beans and a salad. I will probably have a little watermelon and fresh pineapple too.
Today was much better and I am on the track again.
